Doodle is redefining how modern teams schedule, collaborate, and connect.

Our platform powers productivity for businesses of all sizes by simplifying how people meet and manage time.

As we evolve from a product-led pioneer into a sophisticated, sales-led Enterprise platform, Customer Success has become one of our two primary revenue engines, and we're building it from the ground up.

We're looking for a commercially driven, proactive Value Consultant to join us at this defining moment.

This is not a reactive, support-led role.

You will own a portfolio of Enterprise accounts and be directly accountable for onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal, operating as a revenue-generating partner to our Sales team.

If you're energised by building customer relationships that translate into measurable business outcomes, and you think in terms of pipeline as much as satisfaction scores, we want to hear from you.

  • Focus: EMEA & North America (Verticals: Education, Healthcare, Professional Services)
  • What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Presales value discovery & business case building
  • Run structured value discovery with enterprise prospects alongside Account Executives during the sales cycle: understand how the prospect makes money, their cost base, and the outcome they actually care about.
  • Quantify the upside in the prospect’s own units (time saved, admin errors avoided, double-bookings eliminated, coordination cycles shortened) and build it into a defensible ROI model, not a generic template with their logo on it.
  • Set the baseline and target metric up front, defining which outcome we are moving and how it will be measured.
  • Present and defend the business case directly to economic buyers, holding the line on value rather than discounting when challenged.
  • Onboarding & delivery: proving the case true
  • Lead structured onboarding for new enterprise customers, run against the business case you built during the sale, so onboarding delivers the promised value rather than just activating features.
  • Run value reviews at 3 and 6 months, testing whether the customer is realising the value against the baseline you set.
  • Build trusted relationships with the stakeholders who matter to that value case, so you have the access needed to prove it landed.
  • Expansion: new business cases for growth
  • Identify expansion opportunities inside existing accounts: new use cases, new teams, new departments.
  • Build the business case for expansion the same rigorous way you did pre-sale: quantified, customer-specific, defensible.
  • Progress expansion opportunities in close partnership with Account Executives, handing over a qualified, quantified opportunity rather than a vague lead.
  • This role does not own renewals, recurring/reactive support, or general account management; those sit elsewhere, so you can stay focused on proving and growing value.
  • Our Ideal Candidate (What You Bring)
  • 3–5 years as a management consultant, digital consultant, solution sales professional, customer success manager or account manager within enterprise B2B Saa S or software environment
  • You have a proven track record of building and owning ROI models and business cases that influenced CHF 100K+ enterprise deals involving finance and procurement stakeholders
  • A genuine track record of building quantified, customer-specific business cases from scratch; you can walk us through the model, not just the output.
  • Comfortable in a presales motion: engaging economic buyers, defending a number under scrutiny, and partnering with Account Executives rather than working solo.
  • Experience seeing a case through past the sale: able to translate a value model into an onboarding or delivery plan and track whether it landed.
  • Confidence navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts and building champions across departments.
  • You are hands‑on, proactive and pragmatic, comfortable building models from first principles rather than relying on templated approaches
  • Excellent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; German is a strong plus.
