- What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Build, qualify, and nurture a high‑quality pipeline of leads through a mix of outbound and account expansion activities.
- Conduct research on target accounts to craft personalized outreach that resonates with prospects’ challenges and use cases.
- Collaborate with AEs and Growth Marketing to execute campaigns in our priority regions (North America, UK, DACH, Benelux, Nordics).
- Use CRM and sales engagement tools to track, measure, and optimize activity across channels (email, phone, Linked In, video).
- Partner closely with the Product‑Led Growth team to identify activation and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Consistently meet and exceed activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets.
- Provide feedback from the market to marketing and product teams to improve messaging and product positioning.
- Our Ideal Candidate (What You Bring)
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or pipeline‑generating role, ideally in a B2B Saa S or product‑led growth environment.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation goals.
- Experience engaging mid‑market and enterprise buyers across multiple regions.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Fluency in German is a plus, as is experience with selling to the DACH market.
- Additional fluency in other EU languages is a plus as we accelerate growth across EMEA.
