Sofa Manufacturing Operatives Immediate Start
Location: Doncaster
Pay Rate: £14.49/hour (£30,139 per year) + bonus
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM 1:45 PM
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Mach Recruitment is recruiting Sofa Manufacturing Operatives to work in a state-of-the-art production site supplying sofas for a leading UK retailer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team with access to excellent facilities and long-term career development.
The Role
Working as part of the production line, your responsibilities will include:
- Assembly of sofa frames using pre-cut materials and tools provided
- Upholstering tasks in a structured line of 6 people, each with dedicated responsibilities
- Operating staple guns and glue tools at adjustable-height workstations
- Ensuring product quality and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
- Contributing to group performance targets (bonus eligible)
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
- Enjoy working with their hands in a manufacturing or production environment
- Have a team-oriented mindset and can meet group targets
- Are able to travel or relocate to Doncaster relocation support is available
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential full training is provided
