Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Derby, DE74
Pay Rate: £13.91 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00
Department: Fulfilment Development

Role Purpose

To provide operational and analytical support across fulfilment and returns, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The Admin will collaborate with supplier management, customer care, and operations teams to reduce financial leakage, improve customer experience, and maintain clear reporting. This role includes process automation and offers development toward a future Product Care Manager position.

Main Duties

• Track and investigate stock and debit note discrepancies.
• Manage RTM rejection queries and supplier acceptance trends.
• Support supplier visits and ensure timely RTM claim enforcement.
• Analyse customer fault data and feedback for recurring issues.
• Coordinate and deliver returns training at Skygate.
• Support supplier-led training for complex product categories.
• Update G2 systems and respond to customer care queries promptly.
• Maintain ASC performance reports and highlight cost‑saving opportunities.
• Provide daily operational feedback and analyse LOC trends.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties to support business needs.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience in Fulfilment, Returns, or Stock/inventory Admin (preferred).
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and team‑oriented.
