Mach Recruitment is looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy distribution centre in Bury St Edmunds. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly regarded company that values its people and offers a supportive, friendly working environment with genuine opportunities for career progression and development.
Pay: £14.44 per hour
Overtime: £19.95 per hour (after 37.5 hours)
Shifts: 2‑week rotation Monday to Friday 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM and 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of general warehouse duties as trained and required
- Load and unload packages (up to 25 kg) safely and efficiently
- Ensure a smooth flow of stock through the distribution centre
- Use handheld scanners
- Play an active role in maintaining a clean, safe, and productive workplace
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential; full training provided
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy goods‑in/distribution environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to rotating shifts
