Are you passionate about delivering outstanding care and supporting others to grow and develop? Following an exciting internal change within Lean On Me Care Services, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our award-winning team as a Training Lead.
This is a mixed role combining:
- Providing care in the community
- Delivering staff training
- Office-based administration and development work
Part-time and full-time hours considered.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in health & social care
- Experience supporting or delivering training within care
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Preferred but not essential:
- Moving & Handling Train the Trainer
- First Aid Train the Trainer
- Teaching / training qualifications
Full support and training will be provided for the right candidate.
