Reporting to: Senior Operations Lead – Hospitality Partnerships
Location: London
Lean Kitchen Network (LKN) builds and scales food brands inside leading hospitality venues across the UK. We’re looking for a Hospitality Account Manager to own the relationship and performance of a portfolio of partner sites — supporting launches, embedding brands on site, and driving strong operational and commercial results. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in venues, working closely with operators, and taking real ownership of delivery.
The Role
As a Hospitality Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for your partner sites and the accountable link between operators and LKN. Working within the onsite hospitality pod, you’ll ensure our brands launch well, operate consistently, and improve over time. You’ll spend meaningful time on the ground — running site reviews, supporting teams, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to perform better.
What You’ll Do
- Account & Partner Management
- Own a portfolio of hospitality partner accounts and build strong, trusted relationships
- Run regular site and performance check-ins with clear actions and follow-through
- Manage expectations, priorities, and issues across your accounts
- Onboarding & Launch Support
- Support new site and brand launches from setup and training through to go-live
- Ensure teams are confident, prepared, and delivering to standard
- On-Site Brand Execution
- Embed LKN brands effectively within live hospitality environments
- Support rollout of menus, POS, and in-venue materials in a practical, venue-led way
- Maintain brand standards while adapting sensibly to site realities
- Commercial & Performance Management
- Own commercial performance and revenue growth across your site portfolio
- Track performance trends and work with partners to drive improvement
- Work with partners to improve consistency, execution, and commercial outcomes
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase sales through menus, visibility, and execution
- Support local marketing activity, POS optimisation, and in-venue promotions
- Field Operations & Training
- Conduct regular site visits across the UK
- Deliver on-site brand and operational training
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and pragmatically
- Internal Collaboration
- Represent partner needs within the onsite hospitality pod
- Feed real-world site insight back into brand and operational decisions
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in account management, partnerships, or multi-site hospitality operations
- Comfortable owning relationships, managing stakeholders and performance outcomes
- Commercially aware, organised, and proactive
- A practical, hands-on operator happy to be on the ground
- Comfortable travelling nationally
Why Join LKN?
- Work with recognised food and hospitality brands
- Take real ownership of partner performance
- Build valuable experience across operations, brands, and partnerships
- Clear progression into senior operations or hospitality partnerships roles
