We combine brand, data, and operations to help hospitality partners unlock growth at scale.
The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Account Manager – Strategic Hospitality Partnerships to manage a portfolio of partner sites across the UK. This is more than a traditional account management role. You’ll own relationships, support launches, improve commercial performance, and help grow accounts over time. You’ll spend time in venues, working closely with operators to ensure our brands perform brilliantly on site.
What You’ll Do
- Partner Management
- Manage a portfolio of hospitality partner accounts
- Build strong relationships with site teams and key stakeholders
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for partners
- Lead regular performance reviews and resolve issues quickly
- Support launches of new brands and new sites
- Ensure operators are trained and set up for success
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through new sites or concepts
- Support multi-site rollouts and pilot launches
- Monitor sales performance and spot growth opportunities
- Work with partners to improve revenue, standards, and consistency
- Deliver practical actions that drive results
- Visit sites regularly across the UK
- Ensure menus, POS, and marketing materials are executed well
- Audit standards and troubleshoot operational issues
- Work closely with brand, supply, culinary, and commercial teams
- Share field insights to improve brands and partner performance
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, foodservice, account management, or operations
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercially minded and comfortable with performance data
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Hands-on and comfortable working in live venues
- Willingness to travel nationally
