We are seeking a skilled and energetic Operational Trainer to design, deliver and enhance training programmes that strengthen employee capability across operational processes, systems and procedures – especially within aseptic manufacturing environments. This role is key to ensuring teams perform effectively, efficiently and in full alignment with GMP standards.

You will support new starters throughout their first 12 months, ensuring they are set up for long-term success, while also helping experienced personnel upskill across various operational areas. Your coaching, insights and performance feedback will directly contribute to building strong, confident, high‑performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead training sessions, workshops and seminars for new and existing employees.
  • Provide one‑to‑one and group coaching on operational procedures, tools and systems.
  • Analyse performance data to assess learning outcomes and identify development needs.
  • Work with HR, department heads and operational managers to identify training gaps, particularly in aseptic processes.
  • Offer ongoing support during and after training programmes.
  • Stay current on operational procedures, GMP and industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.
  • Prepare reports on training success, skills development and improvement areas.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong Training and Operations experience in aseptic manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Strong GMP and aseptic process knowledge.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse employee groups.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Training experience in aseptic and non‑aseptic pharma manufacturing.
  • Experience in training delivery and content development.
