Operational Excellence Manager – Training & Development

  • 3-6 month Contract with strong potential for permanent hire
  • Northern Ireland | Start: ASAP

Our industry leading client are seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to design and deliver high-impact training programmes across their Operations and Engineering teams. Operating within a cGMP/aseptic manufacturing environment, the opportunity is to develop and drive capability building across 600+ staff across multiple manufacturing sites.

Key focus areas include:

  • Design and develop engaging, fit-for-purpose OpEx training modules
  • Deliver training across multiple levels – from operators and supervisors to mid-level leadership
  • cGMP essentials and good aseptic best practices
  • Support the embedding of operational excellence principles across manufacturing sites
  • Partner with operational leads to assess training needs and build capability
  • Help standardise training across the sites, ensuring consistent messaging and impact

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Training/L&D or similar roles within a GMP/aseptic manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of cGMP, aseptic manufacturing and pharmaceutical production practices
  • Track record of developing and delivering training to diverse teams, shop floor to management
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Flexibility to work across multiple sites
  • Immediate or short notice availability
