Endorsed by major multi-national organisations, the typical 3-5 year business transformation programme focuses predominantly on strategy, leadership, culture and facilitating ‘hands-on’ operational capability underpinned by a long-term training and development program at all levels within a business.
Going toe to toe with CEO’s/MD’s/Senior Leadership/Change Agents across key manufacturing growth sectors and providing the effective coaching / mentoring of the transformation program to embed sustainable change, we seek experienced and authentic Lean Operational Leaders / Business Transformation Coaches with the following qualities:
- Best in class continuous improvement experience from industry / aerospace / automotive / manufacturing / engineering services.
- Demonstrable track record at senior operations management / leadership levels including strategy development + delivery of significant quantitative bottom-line results.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and building a Lean/business transformation programme with deep expertise in developing, coaching and mentoring leaders at all levels.
- Ability to influence without authority and a passion for seeing others succeed.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical and well crafted business acumen skills will have been central to your track record of performance improvement to date.
