We are seeking an experienced Automation Project Manager to lead complex automation projects in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role will oversee automation systems, plant commissioning and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage automation projects across PLC/SCADA, MES, BMS and other plant systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating with operations, engineering, and quality.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implement Industry 4.0 technologies and automation upgrades to optimise performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Relevant degree in Electrical/Mechanical, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering.

  • Strong technical leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with automation systems, plant commissioning and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
