Our client is a leading manufacturing organisation with ambitious growth plans and a strong commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement and people development. They are seeking an experienced Head of Business Systems / Operational Excellence Leader to drive a structured improvement framework across a key business. This is a highly visible leadership role, partnering with senior stakeholders to embed continuous improvement, strengthen operational performance and drive sustainable change.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, leading transformation through Lean methodologies, Kaizen activity, leadership coaching, process optimisation, governance and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for delivering measurable improvements in performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability whilst embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Experience Required

We are keen to speak with Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Business Systems, Transformation or Manufacturing Excellence professionals who have a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements within manufacturing, engineering, industrial or supply chain environments. You will bring experience leading cross-functional change, facilitating improvement workshops, coaching senior stakeholders, developing capability and driving performance through structured governance and data-led decision-making. Experience deploying Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Business Systems or similar methodologies across site-wide or multi-site environments would be highly advantageous.
