They are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement / Business Systems / Lean Lead to drive the deployment of a structured business improvement framework across the organisation. This is a highly visible role, acting as a catalyst for change by helping leaders and teams improve performance, embed best practice and create a culture of continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, driving measurable operational improvements through process optimisation, leadership coaching and structured problem-solving.
Experience RequiredWe are keen to speak with Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, or Transformation professionals who have a proven track record of delivering measurable business improvements within manufacturing, engineering, operations or supply chain environments.
