Product Manager - EMEA | Process Technologies | Pharmaceutical Markets Engineering | Commercial Strategy South Wales base We are supporting a global engineering manufacturer in the appointment of a Product / Business Line Manager - EMEA to support the growth of a market-leading product portfolio serving the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious engineer or commercially minded technical professional with 2–3 years' industry experience to develop a career in product management within a major multinational. Working alongside the Global Business Line Manager, you'll gain exposure to commercial strategy, product development, international markets and business leadership. The Role This is a broad, cross-functional role spanning engineering, product management and commercial strategy. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the development and execution of product strategies across EMEA. Analysing markets, customers and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Supporting pricing, profitability and business development initiatives. Assisting with new product launches and product life cycle management. Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations and R a Master's or MBA would be advantageous. Around 2–3 years' experiencein engineering, product management, technical sales, applications or business development. Strong commercial awareness with an interest in product strategy. Excellent analytical, communication and relationship-building skills. The drive, curiosity and ambition to develop within a global organisation. Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences or process industries would be advantageous but is not essential. Why This Role?
