This is a career-defining opportunity for a strategic and culturally fluent brand leader with a strong network and deep understanding of the entertainment & music landscape.Key Responsibilities:Build and manage long-term brand strategies for individual talent and creative properties.Identify, pitch, and secure brand partnership opportunities across fashion, tech, luxury, lifestyle, and consumer sectors.Lead the full lifecycle of campaigns-from ideation and creative development to execution and post-campaign analysis.Serve as a key liaison between talent, internal teams, and external brand partners to ensure alignment and excellence in delivery.Collaborate with content, digital, and production teams to develop innovative, story-driven campaigns.Monitor cultural trends and competitor activity to ensure brand positioning remains relevant and forward-thinking.What We're Looking For:5+ years' experience in brand management, talent branding, or commercial partnerships-ideally within the entertainment, luxury brands or media industries.Proven track record of building and executing high-impact brand campaigns.Deep knowledge of the cultural landscape, influencer ecosystems, and global brand trends.Exceptional relationship-building skills with a confident, persuasive communication style.Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced, creative environment.
