A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fundraiser with energy, commitment and ideas. Join a small team within a larger organisation in fabulous offices in Mayfair.
The role will include:
- You will be confident and personable and able to liaise easily at all levels.
- A CV showing a great track record within Fundraising is needed and the real desire to make a difference.
- Delivery on a sponsorship strategy to alleviate the net impact on revenues by covering most or all the costs of delivering a major London venue for the Foundation.
- Develop a sponsorship prospectus, covering options over multiple tiers.
- Identify and outreach prospective sponsorship prospects.
- Donor Cultivation and Stewardship: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospective and existing major donors, including UHNWIs, to secure substantial gifts.
- Create tailored engagement plans for donors, ensuring personalized stewardship and ongoing relationships.
- Support the Strategy Director in the development of a bespoke stewardship plan for each of our existing and lapsed donors.
- Support to align all existing collaterals with impact decks, narrative, theory of change and audit reports so we have a consistent tone of voice and understanding of our impact.
- Partnerships Strategy and Development: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including philanthropic networks, wealth management firms, and relevant organizations.
- Develop impactful corporate partner relationships with our linked brands and wider networks.
- Support in the development of a cohesive narrative for TCCF which leads with the three core pillars of our work.
- Work closely with our Brazil counterparts to curate a story bank of anecdotes, case studies, content and donor communications which support the central narrative strategy.
- Support in the development of a thoughtful calendar of PR moments that we can map against fundraising opportunities.
Experience and abilities:
- Significant fundraising experience, with a track record of personally securing five and six figure gifts.
- Proven success and examples of working with UHNWIs in a fundraising and giving setting, building effective long-term relationships and demonstrating a deep understanding of philanthropic motivations and behaviours.
- Evidence of building corporate relationships and partnerships, ideally in securing event or programme sponsorship from the corporate sector.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement effective multi-strand fundraising plans aligned with organisational objectives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage and inspire donors and stakeholders.
- Experience planning and delivering creative and high prestige fundraising events both for income generation and cultivation and stewardship.
