To further our mission and ensure the sustainability of our programs, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy Manager to join our team of 8, reporting to the Founder and working within a larger organization. You will need excellent leadership skills and the ability to develop and execute the organization's strategic plan, working closely with the Founder and senior leadership to define long-term objectives, priorities, and initiatives.
Provide strategic direction to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and goals. Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing professional networks to identify and recruit top talent for key roles
- Collaborating with HR and hiring managers
- Cultivating strategic partnerships with external organizations, charity partners, donors, and community stakeholders
- Establishing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
- Developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to promote the organization's initiatives
- Leading the planning and execution of the opening of a new centre for women and children, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring the centre meets community needs
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support to staff involved in strategic planning
