You’ll provide EA/PA support in this fast-paced Family Office (with a broad portfolio of business and personal interests). This is a dynamic environment - professional, high-performing, and ideal for someone who thrives on variety where no task is too small.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing first-class PA/EA support across business and personal matters
- Complex diary and global travel management - accommodation, transport links, full seamless travel itineraries
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison with key stakeholders
- Preparing documents, research and briefings with impeccable attention to detail
- Overseeing personal projects, lifestyle logistics, and ad-hoc family support
- Happily rolling up your sleeves to support wherever needed

Who you are:
- An up-and-coming EA with 2/3+ years’ experience in a family office, investment, or UHNW-led environment – as an EA, Team Assistant or PA is a must.
