We are partnering with a truly exceptional investment firm – one of the most ambitious, sharpest names in early-stage tech. Their team is lean, driven, and deeply committed to identifying and backing Europe\’s most visionary founders. They bring Silicon Valley-level energy and conviction to everything they do – and they\’re looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant to join them on this journey.
The Role
This is not your average EA role. You\’ll be working 1:1 with a new incoming senior Investment Partner in an incredibly fast-paced, high-trust environment. It\’s a role that demands total discretion, exceptional foresight, and someone who can think three steps ahead. You\’ll be the go-to person for anything that keeps the Partner operating at peak performance – from complex diary management and meeting prep, to gatekeeping, inbox support, and global travel logistics. You\’ll also act as a critical liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, many of whom are founders, investors, or operators at the highest level.
You\’ll be expected to own your work. The tempo is high, the expectations are clear, and the team values initiative, trust, and quality above all.
Who You Are
- You\’ve supported senior leaders before – ideally within investment, tech, or a similarly fast-moving environment.
- You are exceptionally organised with an unflappable nature and instinctive discretion.
- You\’re confident, personable, and professional – just as comfortable coordinating with internal teams as you are managing VIP external relationships.
- You\’re naturally curious and energised by being close to the action – this is a team that\’s changing the landscape of European tech, and you want to be a part of that.
- You\’re a self-starter, able to operate with autonomy but also deeply collaborative when it matters.
- You thrive in environments where expectations are high and people are operating at their best.
Experience Required
- 2-5 years\’ experience in an Executive Assistant capacity, ideally supporting a senior individual
- High attention to detail and calm under pressure
- Prior exposure to fast-growth environments or early-stage companies a plus
The Culture
This is a close-knit team with a strong sense of mission and drive – they look for the best. You\’ll be joining a team where excellence is the baseline, curiosity is encouraged, and everyone is moving in the same direction. The pace is fast and the bar is high – but so is the reward.
If you\’re looking for a seat at the table with some of the smartest minds in European tech, this could be the opportunity.
