Senior Private PA/EA with 8-10 years+ experience at Principal/UHNW level - Vancouver (Relocation available for the right person). Career driven and dedicated person who has a top eye for detail. This is a wonderful opportunity to support this down to earth and charming Principal of a hugely successful company. You will be looking to commit for the long term and become indispensable. The commitment is high but the rewards are high also with many of his team relocating to Vancouver to work for him.

Responsibilities include:

  • Running the travel and diary of this individual both on business and private matters, keeping ahead of a hugely busy schedule by day/week/month/year forward planning with skill.
  • Dealing with all aspects of the residences/staff.
  • Overseeing all remedial/refurbishment works and dealing with architects and teams.
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and contractors.
  • Planning complex and detailed trips and itineraries (including business in this aspect).
  • Planning and researching holidays and places of interest.
  • Payment of all personal bills and expenses, with reconciliation on a monthly basis.
  • Dealing with all insurances and private documents.
  • Purchasing luxury and family items/gifts.
  • Planning events, dinners and personal meetings with extended family members.
  • Being on call when needed (not all the time).
  • Being the lynchpin of the Principal and family - the 'go to' person.

Discretion and confidentiality is second nature to you. Good humoured, helpful and used to a role at this level is essential. Based in the office 5 days with occasional remote work in the future. Out of hours will be expected when urgent but you will be used to this in your current role and it will not be a problem for you.
