This is an interesting and very busy/responsible role for an energised and experienced PA (6 years+) with a background demonstrating support in both a private and business capacity at a high level. Top English skills written and spoken are essential and a proactive, detailed way of working is required. Degree preferred.

High Profile Founder involved in many different aspects within business and the wider family. She also has personal requirements needing a top wing person to think ahead and take on some of the load. Based in fabulous offices in Mayfair (Team of 60+). There is a great vibe in the office.

Projects and involvement in all aspects of their life from Philanthropy to personal support and business matters. The Principal is dynamic and very likeable with a good sense of humour and is very hands on. You will be able to match her energy and enthusiasm.

Well presented and spoken with 7 years+ as a busy 50/50 Business and Private PA for either high profile or UHNW individual who is much liked and respected. Top logistics, managing an ever changing diary and schedule. Top juggling skills, able to prioritise and build relationships quickly and happy to manage multiple requests and change tack when needed from business to private.

There will be some out of hours (not all the time) especially when large entertaining both in the household and within a top venue. Discretion and confidentiality is key and the willingness to give 100% to the role and build trust and confidence from day 1. Good handover and plenty of support within the company based in beautiful offices in Mayfair within a team of 60. Excellent package plus bonus.
