EA (with Chief of Staff Duties) – for UHNW CEO Mayfair (Based in the office)

This is a dynamic and interesting Senior EA role for a very successful and likeable CEO of an international company based in fabulous offices in the West End. This is a business/corporate role with some international travel with the Principal when required. Occasionally flying ahead to sort out important meetings, check that hotels, venues and meetings are solid and the appropriate paperwork is in order. Degree standard and career orientated.

You will have top personal presentation and social skills and be able to carry out the Chief of Staff expectations with ease. A role model for the EA's in the office you will have a warm and positive personality and used to working at this level with confidence

You will have excellent all round EA skills with advanced PowerPoint and Excel on top of your expertise juggling a very busy and changeable diary and schedule/travel. There is a Private PA who you will liaise with with regard to logistics, travel etc

You will have a CV demonstrating support to an UHNW individual at CEO or Principal level (5 years+) with a high level of responsibility. You will be extremely well presented and spoken and be a true professional. Well versed in the expectations and standards set for this role. Experience at CEO/UHNW level and relaxed with this environment is needed. Confident with the standard that will be expected you will use all of your skills in this role. Top English skills written and spoken and to level C Suite level experience.
