This role is to support a very successful and charming CEO who is time poor and needing an outstanding EA to work alongside him. This is an exceptional opportunity that has arisen for a polished, degree standard EA with 6 years + experience at senior and CEO level (Essential). A good track record in your career is also expected.
A true professional well versed in the expectations and standards set for this role. Experience at CEO/UHNW and relaxed with this environment is needed. Confident with the standard that will be expected you will use all of your skills in this role. Top English skills written and spoken and Board level experience. There will be some private support occasionally when required especially when the Principal travels.

A top administrator responding to correspondence quickly, proof read documents, be the initial point of contact and deal with expenses. Oversight of email and deal with all incoming communication.
A top travel coordinator, versed in chartering private jets and getting seamless travel arranged dealing with any visas or requirements. Accessible during evening and weekends for urgent matters when the CEO is travelling across time zones.
Top planning and organisational skills with expertise arranging high level meetings and providing documentation and presentations to an extremely high level. Expert at producing detailed itineraries and providing what the CEO needs for all high level meetings in advance + research.
Confidentiality is expected at all times and a positive and helpful attitude to the CEO and colleagues alike.
Advanced Microsoft Office, top English skills written and spoken you will be at the top of your profession.
