Executive Assistant/Office Manager – US Tech investments – based in glorious offices in St. James’s Square SW1. This is the London hub of an extremely successful tech company in the US. Predominately looking after the COO and running the office (small team).
This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished EA at senior level to be the lynchpin of the hub covering PA and Office Manager duties. We are looking for a self-starter who might need a little flex because of other commitments but happy to start at 9.30 and work from home on Fridays. Small and very friendly, supportive team of 3 (Chief of Staff, COO and Private PA) who are sometimes not in the office, so you will be very happy and capable of working alone some of the time and have done this before in a previous role.
The role will escalate when the US Partner comes to the London office; you will then support the dynamic US Partner 3 – 4 months of the year when he is in London (he has 3 EAs in LA) and assist the London COO when needed, keeping the office looking top drawer.
Top English skills, written and spoken, and excellent all-round skills/tech ability are required. Warm and welcoming, you will be the face of the company (they have many influential visitors) and ensure they are welcomed and looked after during their time with them (concierge in style).
Excellent all-round skills with a can-do attitude; this is a wonderful role with a highly successful company working in a small and friendly office that works as a team. Well spoken and presented and used to working alone but able to ramp up when the partner from the US is in London (excellent EA skills needed).
Top package + Top bonus.
