Lealands High School is seeking a dedicated Re-engagement Assistant to support students facing emotional, social or behavioural challenges and help them re-engage with learning. You will assist in managing progress and building resilience to reach their full potential.
You will work closely with the LEAP Centre Manager and pastoral teams to deliver targeted support plans, monitor outcomes, and maintain strong communication with students, families and staff in a safeguarding-focused environment.
