About the role:

We are looking for a talented plumbing engineer to join our dedicated LeakBot plumbing team and provide the exceptional customer service that is the foundation of our company.

You will be supporting end users with leak alerts by finding and fixing leaks identified by LeakBot in their homes. You will also be tasked to identify signs of escape of water damage.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Finding and fixing water leaks on the mains water plumbing system in domestic properties

Make dealing with alerts from LeakBot effortless.

Ensure the customer fully understands the great service you will provide - before, during and after the work is completed.

Strive to find and fix leaks first time every time, to the highest possible standard with minimal disruption to the customer

Identifying escape of water damage from all types of water leaks in domestic properties

Adjusting the installation and connectivity on LeakBot devices where required

Capturing key data via the CRM system while on site on every job

Treat our customers\' property as if it were your own. Make sure you leave the customers property as you found it, clean away debris and waste from site.

Be a positive part of gaining customer feedback and play an active role in ensuring our processes are effortless

Make sure you maintain all the right tools, equipment and inventory in the company van using our inventory management procedures and ensure spare parts are purchased locally if not in stock on the van

Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Identify potential improvements to the LeakBot device, leak location and repair process and reduce reattends

Take ownership to continually improve your own skills and knowledge, including keeping up to date with new techniques and industry practice.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following knowledge, skills and

attributes:

Essential:

  • All relevant plumbing qualifications to fix mains water leaks in domestic properties including,
  • At least 4 years industry experience
  • Plumbing installation experience
  • A full driving license
  • Basic PC skills including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Able to approach and resolve problems logically
  • Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm for the task in hand
  • Experience working with members of the public, with an ability to deal with customers effectively
  • A positive and pro-active attitude
  • Having the ability to quickly identify problems, form solutions and execute step by step troubleshooting procedures

Desirable:

  • Experience of working with leak detection equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
