THE OPPORTUNITY: Lead the account expansion sales motion to achieve assigned revenue target through strategic account growth, pipeline development, and consistent attainment of quarterly goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Strategic Leadership: Aligning with our GTM initiatives, develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies to meet and exceed the revenue target. Focus on the enterprise account segment in region.
  • Pipeline Development: Implement effective pipeline-building strategies to ensure a steady flow of opportunities, aiming for a pipeline coverage ratio that supports consistent quarterly target attainment. Monitor and analyze pipeline metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with revenue objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, focusing on revenue growth. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and position our solutions to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze sales metrics, including revenue growth, account expansion, and pipeline health, to ensure targets are met. Utilize data-driven insights to adjust strategies and tactics as needed to achieve quarterly and annual goals. Maintain pipeline data hygiene in Salesforce and BoostUp.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and drive cohesive strategies that support account growth and revenue attainment.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Experience: 6+ years in account management or sales within the software industry, with a proven track record of achieving significant revenue targets. 3+ years working for an AI driven sales organization.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving ambitious revenue objectives.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop and implement effective account growth strategies. Analytical mindset with proficiency in utilizing sales metrics and KPIs to drive performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with senior executives and key stakeholders. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Revenue Attainment: Achieve or exceed the annual revenue target. Meet or surpass quarterly revenue goals as outlined in the strategic plan.
  • Pipeline Metrics: Maintain a pipeline coverage ratio that ensures consistent achievement of revenue targets. Increase the number of qualified opportunities entering the pipeline each quarter.
  • Client Metrics: Achieve high customer NPS scores and expand revenue within existing accounts. Enhance customer satisfaction scores through effective relationship management.
