We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our UK sales team, reporting into the SVP Sales. This is a pivotal role for an experienced sales professional who thrives on building relationships with legal decision-makers, selling Agentic AI solutions that help organizations succeed and thrive, and driving revenue growth.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Proven sales success. 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Bring your expertise. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. A legal background, whether as a lawyer or working in professional services, is highly valued.
  • Industry experience matters. Experience in LegalTech, SaaS, CLM, or AI‑driven tools, especially selling to law firms or legal teams, gives you a strong edge.
  • Sell with insight. A consultative, value‑based approach with the ability to simplify technical solutions for legal professionals.
  • Master complex deals. Navigate multi‑threaded sales processes, managing multiple stakeholders to drive alignment and close high‑value opportunities.
  • Stay sharp and organized. Strong Salesforce proficiency with the ability to maintain accurate pipeline hygiene.
  • Hunter mentality. Proactive and relentless in pursuing new opportunities, with a proven track record of high‑velocity prospecting and business generation.
