We’re looking for a practical, reliable and customer-focused Field Service Technician to maintain our interior and exterior plant displays across London and the South East. This is a mobile, hands‑on role where you’ll work independently from planned routes, usually driving a Leaflike van, keeping customer sites healthy, clean and beautifully presented.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintaining interior and exterior planting schemes across premium customer sites.
- Watering, feeding, pruning, cleaning and replacing plants where required.
- Identifying plant health issues and taking corrective action.
- Travelling between multiple sites across London and the South East.
- Completing service reports, photos and updates after each visit.
- Communicating professionally with customers and the operations team.
- Keeping your van, tools and materials clean, organised and ready.
What the Role Involves:
This is a field‑based role, so you’ll need to be comfortable with:
