We're looking for a dependable, hands-on leader to run our door-drop teams. You'll coordinate people and routes, drive between sites, and step in on rounds when needed to keep campaigns on schedule and to standard.
What you'll be doing:
- Brief, organise and supervise small field teams.
- Plan routes, allocate leaflets and keep accurate counts/records.
- Carry out quality checks (one per household, no missed streets) and resolve issues on the spot.
- Support posting where required.
- Communicate clearly with the office and submit simple end-of-shift reports.
- Maintain a professional approach and safe working practices.
- Early starts as campaigns require.
What you'll need:
- Your own vehicle and a clean, valid driving licence.
- Proven ability to lead small teams in the field.
- Strong map reading/orientation and excellent organisation.
- Positive attitude and solid communication skills.
Good to have:
- Scheduling or route-planning experience.
