We’re looking for a dependable, hands‑on leader to run our door‑drop teams. You’ll coordinate people and routes, drive between sites, and step in on rounds when needed to keep campaigns on schedule and to standard.
What you’ll be doing:
- Brief, organise and supervise small field teams.
- Plan routes, allocate leaflets and keep accurate counts/records.
- Carry out quality checks (one per household, no missed streets) and resolve issues on the spot.
- Support posting where required.
- Communicate clearly with the office and submit simple end‑of‑shift reports.
- Maintain a professional approach and safe working practices.
- Early starts as campaigns require.
What you’ll need:
- Your own vehicle and a clean, valid driving licence.
- Proven ability to lead small teams in the field.
- Strong map reading/orientation and excellent organisation.
- Positive attitude and solid communication skills.
