We're looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests, in all areas of Food & Beverage in the Hotel.
This is a varied role where you'll support food and beverage service across the hotel, delivering friendly, professional service and helping ensure every guest enjoys a great experience.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver friendly and professional service to guests across food and beverage outlets
- Support restaurant, bar, breakfast and event operations (where applicable)
- Take food and drink orders and serve guests efficiently and accurately
- Prepare service areas and ensure they are clean, organised and welcoming
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and promptly
- Process payments and transactions accurately
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
- Support the setup and delivery of meetings, events and functions (where applicable)
- Follow food safety, health and safety and company procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create exceptional guest experiences
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Friendly, confident and professional approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and team-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
