This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fareham. The Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients through phone, email, and online channels, and booking discovery calls or demos for the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound leads
  • Conducting needs-based conversations with UK trades and small service businesses
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
  • Following up on marketing-generated leads
  • Nurturing relationships through consistent communication
  • Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform Inside Sales activities and manage Lead Generation efforts effectively
  • Strong Communication skills with a focus on consultative Sales conversations
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in Business Development and growing new client relationships
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Basic CRM proficiency and ability to manage lead pipelines and activity tracking
  • Strong organization and time-management skills to handle multiple prospects and follow-ups
  • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial; experience in digital marketing or PPC services is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Fareham and collaborate with cross-functional teams
