🚀 Ready to join the demand generation revolution?
This is an exciting opportunity to support our CEO and grow your career as the business scales.
About Us
We are LEADSCALE, a technology-driven marketing services group.
We don’t just talk about growth, we engineer it. Our global demand centre solutions help businesses harness personal data, unlock opportunities earlier, build stronger pipelines, and drive revenue at scale.
Our award-winning technology, LeadScale Engine, safeguards personal data and enables compliant trading for marketing purposes. We’re proud to challenge the lead generation space, promoting transparency, global standards, and cross-channel data orchestration.
About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, proactive PA to support our CEO and help him stay focused on the firm’s priorities.
This is a unique entry point into marketing services and technology. You’ll gain exposure to how a scaling business operates at the highest level while playing a vital role in keeping leadership and our London office running smoothly.
👉 Beyond the core PA responsibilities, we want a self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be asked. You’ll anticipate needs, support projects alongside the CEO, and, over time, take the lead on them. Mastering the essentials while actively seeking new challenges makes this an excellent platform for growth.
💡 This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to build a career, not just take a job.
If you’re curious, and motivated to make an impact, you’ll find plenty of scope to learn, contribute, and shape your career path.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, highly organised, and bring some experience in a PA or office support role.
This role requires in-person support for the CEO, so you’ll need to be in the London office five days a week.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively managing and coordinating the CEO’s diary (business and personal), scheduling meetings and bookings (including restaurants and venues), and ensuring time is used effectively.
- Providing full PA support, including drafting correspondence, attending meetings, and taking minutes.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for the CEO and other staff, preparing detailed itineraries.
- Managing and filing the CEO’s expenses.
- Organising and supporting events and meetings, from logistics through to delivery.
- Providing diary support to senior managers when needed.
- Contributing to projects for the CEO, with the opportunity to move from supporting to leading them as you grow in the role.
- Supporting the CEO in client-facing work through Account Executive tasks.
- Assisting with compliance-related tasks as required.
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors to the office.
- Assisting with office management and facilities to keep the workspace running smoothly.
- Supporting the CEO with personal requests such as errands, shopping, lunch runs, and personal property management.
ISO 27001 Information Security Responsibilities:
- Complying with our Leadscale Engine ISO 27001 ISMS and related policies.
- Reporting information security vulnerabilities, events, and incidents in line with the ISMS incident reporting process.
What we are looking for in you:
- A proactive \’can-do\’ attitude with enthusiasm and demonstrable positive energy.
- Efficient and effective with strong planning and organisational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be comfortable balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Demonstrable trustworthiness with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Power user of the Microsoft Office suite
- Methodical with good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management skills.
- Friendly with the desire and ability to cooperate and build relationships with others.
- The motivation and ability to add value to internal/external customers by understanding, meeting, and exceeding their needs.
- The desire to learn and share knowledge.
- Office support/PA experience would be preferable.
- You should have the right to work in the UK at the commencement of employment. Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
As a member of our team, you will benefit from:
- 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays with an additional day’s holiday earned for every completed year of service to a maximum of five.
- Birthday day off.
- Eligibility to join our company health insurance scheme with Vitality after you’ve passed your probationary period.
- Workplace pension scheme with Aviva, with statutory contributions
- The opportunity to join a growing company in a competitive arena.
