LeadRep AI is an AI-powered sales intelligence platform already in use at leading investment managers managing billions in Assets under Management (AuM). LeadRep AI helps asset management sales and distribution teams sell more effectively by using AI and structured data to surface decision-relevant facts, including:
- Asset-class focus of allocators (e.g. wealth managers, family offices, private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real assets, liquid strategies)
- Investment focus of CIOs, portfolio managers, and investment teams
- Geographic allocation preferences and mandates
- Firm-level characteristics such as AuM, fund strategies, and structure
Instead of relying on fragmented notes and manual research, LeadRep gives sales teams clear, actionable context on who to approach and for which strategy. We are now seeking a Revenue Partner who already operates inside the asset management sales ecosystem. If you personally know β and can call β Sales Directors, Heads of Distribution, Institutional Sales Representatives, or Senior Relationship Managers at asset managers, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Sell LeadRep AI to sales leadership and distribution teams at asset and investment managers
- Use your existing relationships to open conversations and progress enterprise deals
- Join or lead demos together with the founders, grounded in real asset-management use cases
- Drive commercial discussions and support deals through to close
- Provide direct market feedback to refine positioning and pricing
This is a hands-on revenue role, not an advisory or board position.
This Role Is For You If
- You have 10+ years in sales, distribution, or client coverage within asset or investment management
- You already have trusted relationships with sales leaders and institutional client teams
- You understand allocator mandates, asset-class positioning, and distribution dynamics
- You have closed high-trust, relationship-driven B2B deals (SaaS, data, fintech, platforms)
- You prefer ownership, autonomy, and uncapped upside over fixed salary structures
Compensation & Upside
- This role is purely success-based by design.
- High commission on closed Year-1 ARR
- Participation in renewals and multi-year contracts
- Meaningful equity tied directly to revenue milestones
- Structured closer to carry than salary, for professionals confident in their network and execution.
