GB Named Account Executive

Full-Time On-site
Leadout Capital

Overview of the Role

As an Account Executive on our General Business team, you own a portfolio of current enterprise accounts (1000-4000 employee count) across the UK. You will sell the full Salesforce product portfolio into private sector accounts. You act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities and connecting customers to the right solutions to support their growth. You'll balance high-velocity deals with larger strategic opportunities, giving you broad exposure across deal types and industries.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined enterprise customer patch, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities across line-of-business leaders and the C-suite.
  • Serve as a trusted digital advisor, deeply understanding customer challenges, operating models, and strategic objectives.
  • Lead customers through enterprise-scale transformation, positioning Salesforce as a strategic platform rather than a point solution.
  • Storytell Salesforce’s value with clarity and impact — translating complex technology into compelling business outcomes.
  • Multi-thread complex deals across senior stakeholders beyond the CTO, including commercial, operational, and executive sponsors.
  • Confidently engage in environments with high scrutiny and governance, including senior internal and customer sponsors.
  • Collaborate closely with the extended account team and partners, demonstrating a strong team-sport mentality within a complex ecosystem.
  • Maintain high operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline management, and deal discipline.
  • Contribute to Salesforce’s success and culture as a valued member of our Ohana

Required Qualifications

  • Multiple years closing experience in technology solution sales, including managing full sales cycles and consistently meeting quota
  • Demonstrated territory and account planning skills
  • Experience building tailored value propositions aligned to customer goals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, technical specialists) to deliver customer outcomes
  • Experience with consumption-based selling models
  • Industry-focused sales experience (a bonus, not required)
