We're Leadly, a fast-growing digital business across marketing, finance and lead generation. We move fast, back good ideas. We're looking for a Social Media Manager to grow with us.
The Role
This is real ownership, not a checkbox job. You'll be the face of our internal brands - creating scroll-stopping content, building communities from scratch and managing a portfolio of clients end-to-end. One day you're scripting a content series, the next you're leading a production shoot.
What You'll Be Doing
- Fronting and owning organic social for our internal brands – on camera and behind the scenes
- Managing client accounts including community management and monthly performance reviews
- Writing briefs for designers, planning shoots and leading content production days
- Client comms via Slack and email
What We're Looking For
- Confident on camera – this role puts you front and centre
- Proven organic social experience across multiple brands or clients
- Trend-led, organised and collaborative
- Full, clean UK driving licence (own transport desirable)
