The Role
We’re hiring a Paid Social Specialist to manage and scale paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. You’ll work closely with Paid Media Leads, Account Managers, and Creative to drive lead quality, volume and ROI for multiple brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being deep in the data, testing creative, and pushing performance week after week.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build, manage, and optimise Meta campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
- Test creative, copy, audiences and structures to improve performance.
- Scale winning campaigns while protecting efficiency and lead quality.
- Analyse performance daily, spotting trends and opportunities quickly.
- Work with the creative team to brief and iterate on high-performing ads.
- Stay up to date with Meta platform changes, best practices, and policies.
- Contribute to wider growth and testing discussions across the paid media team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–4 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience (Facebook & Instagram).
- Proven success scaling lead generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding and attribution.
- Comfortable working deep in data and making performance-led decisions.
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Triple Whale, or Hyros.
- A proactive mindset — you test, learn, and optimise continuously.
