The Role: We’re hiring a Paid Search Specialist to manage and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search (and Performance Max where relevant). You’ll work closely with Paid Media Leads, Account Managers, and Creative to drive lead quality, volume, and ROI for multiple brands. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being deep in the data, refining structure, testing strategy, and improving performance week after week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search (and PMax).
  • Structure and refine accounts to improve efficiency, quality score, and scale.
  • Test keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page performance.
  • Analyse performance daily, identifying trends and optimisation opportunities.
  • Own budgets, forecasts, and performance against CPL and lead quality targets.
  • Work with internal teams to align paid search with landing pages and conversion paths.
  • Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, best practices and policy changes.
  • Contribute to wider testing, optimisation, and growth discussions across the paid media team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–4 years of hands‑on Google Ads experience (Search essential).
  • Proven success scaling lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of account structure, keyword strategy, bidding, and attribution.
  • Confident working with data and making performance-led decisions.
  • Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, or similar.
  • A proactive mindset — you test, learn and optimise continuously.
  • Someone hungry, accountable and commercially minded.
