The Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to join our paid media team. You’ll be someone who lives for testing creative, analysing data and driving performance through Meta Ads Manager.
Working alongside senior account managers you’ll manage and scale paid social campaigns for multiple brands. You’ll play a key role in shaping growth strategies, driving quality lead generation, and achieving ambitious ROI goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Build and test creative variations, ad copy, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
- Develop scalable campaign structures to drive efficient growth.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brief new content and test fresh hooks and angles.
- Analyse campaign data daily, identify trends, spot opportunities, and make data-backed decisions.
- Stay on top of Meta Ads Manager innovations, best practices, and policy updates.
- Contribute to wider growth strategy discussions across the agency.
