We’re looking for a commercially driven Growth & Partnerships Manager to build and own new distribution channels for Leadly.
You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating and launching strategic partnerships that drive high-quality traffic into our funnel.
- Brand partnerships
- Data partnerships
You’ll think beyond networks and traditional CPA affiliates. This is about creating scalable commercial agreements that unlock new growth routes.
- Identify new routes to market across digital and offline environments
- Source, evaluate and prioritise high-potential commercial partnerships
- Build scalable traffic acquisition models outside of traditional affiliate networks
Commercial Negotiation & Deal Structuring
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements
- Structure performance-based, hybrid or fixed-fee models where appropriate
- Build long-term strategic relationships with partners
- Monitor performance across volume, quality and profitability
Compliance & Quality Oversight
- Ensure all partnerships align with FCA and regulatory standards
- Work closely with internal compliance and operations teams
- Maintain brand integrity across all distribution channels
Performance & Reporting
- Track performance against CPA, CPL, revenue and ROI metrics
- Analyse lead quality, conversion rates and long-term value
- Report commercial impact clearly to leadership
- Work closely with Paid Media, Tech, Data and Operations teams
- Align partner activity with campaign and commercial objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in growth, partnerships or business development roles
- Strong commercial negotiation experience
- Experience structuring and managing performance-based deals
- Comfortable operating in regulated or compliance-heavy sectors
- Highly commercially minded with strong financial awareness
- Proactive, opportunity-driven and confident building relationships from scratch
- Experience in finance, claims, insurance or lead generation
- Experience launching new traffic acquisition channels
- Experience with both digital and offline acquisition models
- Direct exposure to commercial strategy
~ Hybrid working pattern 2 days per week in our central Manchester office
~ £45,000 base salary + uncapped performance-based bonus (OTE £60,000+)
