We move fast, back each other and show up with the kind of energy that comes from people who genuinely care about doing great work. No egos, no corporate nonsense, no clock-watchers. Just a team of sharp, gritty, ambitious humans who want to build something special.
What You Can Expect Here
You’ll join a team that genuinely cares, works hard, and has a laugh while doing it. We’re building big things - our own brands, our clients’ brands and a culture people actually want to be part of. You’ll have ownership, trust, support and the freedom to do the best work of your career (and grow faster than you thought you could).
What We’re Looking For
- Solid background in performance marketing / digital strategy (paid search, paid social, B2B lead-gen, CRO, or similar).
- Experience managing or mentoring Account Managers or digital marketing teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), tracking (GA4, GTM, pixel setups), and lead funnels.
- Commercially confident: understands profitability, client retention, forecasting, and revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication skills; able to simplify technical marketing insights for clients and energise internal teams.
- Organised, calm under pressure, and proactive in driving forward both clients and people.
Lead & mentor and support our team of Account Managers, ensuring they understand not just client relationships, but performance metrics, platform mechanics, and growth strategies. Oversee client allocation, delivery standards, workload planning, and performance reviews. Act as the senior escalation point for client challenges, team decisions, and campaign performance.
Technical Marketing & Strategy
- Lead strategy across key accounts, translating commercial objectives into measurable performance marketing plans.
- Audit and challenge paid media performance across Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok, ECRM, and lead-gen funnels.
- Ensure best-in-class setup for tracking, attribution, conversion rate optimisation, and data accuracy (GA4, GTM, CRM integrations, API-driven lead flows).
- Use platform data and first-party insights to build strategies that reduce CPL, improve ROAS, and scale revenue.
Client Ownership & Commercial Growth
- Manage a small portfolio of high-value accounts while directing the wider account team.
- Build senior stakeholder relationships and position Leadly as a strategic partner, not just a delivery agency.
- Drive client retention, upsell opportunities, contract renewals, and margin profitability.
Data, Insights & Reporting
- Lead performance reviews and forecast meetings; turning data into commercial decisions.
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities using CRM data, platform dashboards, and attribution reporting.
- Uphold standards for A/B testing, landing page optimisation, funnel performance and automation workflows.
