About Leadly
At Leadly, we build data-driven lead generation strategies that turn marketing spend into real pipeline and revenue. We work with ambitious brands across highly regulated sectors, including finance and claims, where performance, compliance and quality matter just as much as volume. We’re growing fast and expanding our performance channels. Affiliate marketing is a key part of that growth, and this is a new role within the business with real opportunity to shape how the channel operates.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to own, grow and optimise our affiliate activity across our brands. You’ll be responsible for building strong affiliate relationships and scaling volume responsibly whilst ensuring lead quality, compliance and profitability remain front and centre. This role will work closely with our internal teams to make sure affiliate activity is commercially strong, well-governed and aligned with our wider objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own the affiliate strategy across our verticals
- Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners
- Scale affiliate activity while maintaining lead quality and compliance standards
- Manage and optimise performance against CPA, CPL and ROI targets
- Own day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners and networks
- Negotiate rates, terms and commercial agreements
- Monitor partner performance and take action where quality or compliance drops
- Build long-term, high-performing partner relationships
- Ensure all affiliate activity aligns with FCA requirements
- Work closely with internal teams to uphold brand and regulatory standards
- Monitor traffic sources, creatives and messaging for compliance and accuracy
- Track performance across volume, quality, conversion and cost metrics
- Produce clear reporting and insights for internal teams and clients
- Use data to test, refine and improve affiliate performance
- Work closely with Paid Media and Tech teams
- Feed insights into wider growth and optimisation strategies
About You:
- Proven experience managing affiliate marketing, ideally in finance, insurance or claims
- Strong understanding of CPA-based performance models
- Experience managing affiliate networks and direct partnerships
- Comfortable working in regulated environments with a focus on quality and compliance
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
- Experience launching or scaling affiliate programmes from scratch
- Knowledge of FCA-regulated marketing or claims compliance
What You’ll Get
- A chance to build and shape a new channel within a growing business
- Real ownership and autonomy
- A collaborative, no-corporate-fluff environment
- Hybrid or remote working
