Leadly is a fast-growing digital business building data-driven consumer products across marketing, finance and lead generation. We move fast and back good ideas. Now we are growing our creative team and we want someone who lives and breathes social media to help us do it.
This isn’t a "post three times a week and report the numbers" kind of role. We’re looking for a Social Media Account Manager who wants real ownership - someone ready to step in front of the camera and become the face of our internal brands. You’ll take a brand from zero to scroll-stopping, build a community and create content that actually does something.
You’ll be managing organic social across our own internal brands as well as a portfolio of clients. One day you’ll be conceptualising a content series, the next you’ll be on camera leading a production shoot. No two weeks look the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of organic social for our internal brands - fronting the content yourself, building their presence from scratch in some cases - creating content that entertains, informs and converts.
- Managing client social accounts end-to-end, including community management and comment guarding across both client and internal brands.
- Leading client communications via Slack and email and running monthly performance review meetings.
- Creating video content - including appearing on camera yourself - and writing briefs for our in-house graphic designers for both organic and paid social.
- Producing performance reports with clear insight and action points.
- Planning and leading content production days, from writing scripts and organising shoots to getting in front of the lens and capturing content yourself.
- Supporting wider campaign launches and company initiatives across the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Genuine passion for social media - you’re always ahead of the trends, not chasing them.
- Proven experience managing organic social, ideally across multiple brands or clients.
- A natural on camera - this role puts you front and centre as the face of our brands, so confidence, charisma and comfort on screen are essential.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines without dropping the ball.
- A collaborative mindset - you’ll work closely with designers, videographers, media buyers and account teams.
- Full, clean UK driving licence (own transport desirable).
Why Leadly?
- Hybrid working from our Manchester office.
- Regular Wellness Good Vibes Days - fully paid days for team activities, development or just switching off.
- Extra holidays for service milestones, plus your birthday off.
- A tight, super ambitious team where good ideas move fast.
- Real ownership from day one. No waiting around to make your mark.
