We are looking for a Product Owner to sit at the centre of our product, marketing and compliance functions. This role ensures alignment, structure and execution across departments. You will be responsible for maintaining operational cadence, prioritising business-critical initiatives and ensuring delivery across multiple moving parts in a regulated performance marketing environment. You will act as the operational bridge between Product, Marketing, Compliance, Sales and Leadership.

Core Responsibilities

  • Product & Delivery Oversight
    • Own and maintain task flow within Linear (tickets, prioritisation, updates)
    • Translate business requests into structured delivery tasks
    • Follow up on key actions and ensure deadlines are met
    • Support landing page updates and form / tracking changes
    • Coordinate reporting dashboard builds and data visibility
  • Operational Cadence & Meeting Ownership
    • Chair and structure key business meetings including:
    • ECRM weekly (keep agenda focused and outcome-driven)
    • Organic & SEO weekly
    • Affiliates performance meetings
    • Compliance working sessions
    • Data alignment sessions
    • Daily stand-ups (rotational)
    • Ensure clear priorities, review of previous week’s actions, defined next steps, accountability
  • Compliance & Governance Support
    • Coordinate compliance sign-off processes
    • Support complaint audits and documentation
    • Ensure policy updates are reflected across channels
    • Embed regulatory requirements into campaign execution
  • Cross-Department Alignment
    • Act as the bridge between Marketing, Product, Sales and Compliance
    • Ensure everyone understands weekly priorities
    • Align campaign requirements with operational capacity
    • Support content creators with compliance requirements and onboarding
  • Affiliate & Growth Support
    • Chair affiliate performance sessions
    • Track plans and delivery against targets
    • Support onboarding of new affiliate partners
    • Transition ownership where needed
  • Firefighting & Issue Resolution
    • Resolve urgent data discrepancies
    • Support media buyers with operational blockers
    • Manage day-to-day technical issues (forms, tracking, domain management)
    • Respond quickly to leadership escalations
  • Reporting & Data
    • Contribute to reporting dashboards
    • Ensure cross-channel data consistency
    • Support monthly data alignment discussions

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in a Product Operations, Product Owner, Operations Manager or similar cross-functional delivery role
  • Experience working within a performance marketing, digital, lead generation or tech-led business
  • Strong working knowledge of task and project management tools (e.g. Linear, Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
  • Experience coordinating delivery across marketing, product and technical teams
  • Proven experience chairing structured, outcome-driven meetings
  • Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of landing pages, tracking, CRM flows and reporting dashboards

Highly Desirable

  • Experience operating within a regulated environment (FCA, financial services, legal or similar)
  • Experience supporting compliance workflows and sign-off processes
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing models and performance-based partnerships
  • Exposure to data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Understanding of marketing tracking infrastructure (pixels, UTMs, attribution, form integrations)

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Operations or a related field (desirable but not essential)
  • Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, Lean) – advantageous but not required
