Key Responsibilities
- Support in the planning, coordination, and execution of fitting‑out projects to meet company standards.
- Design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, certain construction details, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) specifications.
- Create compelling visual presentations using concept diagrams, perspectives, and other illustrative means.
- Brief and communicate with third party vendors including renders and other creatives.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure project completion on time and within specifications.
- Coordinate effectively between internal teams, external vendors, and contractors.
- Manage project timelines, communicate proactively, and thrive under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 1‑2 years of direct experience in store renovation projects.
- Experience in the F&B (Food & Beverage) or hospitality design sector is a strong advantage.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong eye for design details, materials, furniture selection, and colour schemes.
- Self‑disciplined, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English.
