This is a full-time remote role for a Publisher Manager at Dochase Adx, located in Lagos. The Publisher Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with publishers to grow and optimize Dochase's ad inventory network.
Key responsibilities include:
- Onboarding publishers
- Strategizing to maximize revenue opportunities
- Analyzing performance data
- Ensuring quality assurance on all publisher platforms
- Coordinating with internal teams to address client queries
- Ensuring seamless implementation of campaigns
Qualifications:
- Experience in Publisher Management, Account Management, and relationship‑building with external stakeholders
- Understanding of digital advertising platforms, ad operations, and monetization strategies
- Strong data analysis skills, performance optimization abilities, and proficiency with analytics tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and RTB technologies is an advantage
- Familiarity with adtech platforms, such as Google Ad Manager and demand‑side platforms, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced working environment and align with company objectives
