Responsibilities
- Prepare Environmental Management Plan
- Prepare Beam Plus EM & A Report
- Prepare submission to EPD such as construction waste disposal, notification for air pollution control, construction waste disposal, wastewater discharge license
- Prepare environmental report for biweekly progress meeting
- Manage and coordinate all works including the preparation of BEAM Plus submission materials to fulfil the BEAM Plus for New Buildings Version 2.0 requirement
- Coordinate tree related issues (existing tree within site)
Requirements
- Holder of Environmental Officer Course run by the Construction Industry Council Training Academy (CIC) or equivalent, with qualification of BEAM Pro
- At least 5 years of construction site experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
