Location: New Territories East; LCSD

Working Hours: 9 hrs per day

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Arts Administration
  • At least 2 years full-time working experience, including at least 1 year of post-qualification full-time working experience in performing arts/arts administration, venue management/programme management/facility management in performing arts venues/cultural programme offices/museums or international conference and exhibition centres in Hong Kong
  • Relevant experience in building and contract management for premises is preferred
  • Possess a Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

  • To perform planning, implementation and supervision of various renovation/improvement projects related to the building management of the Venue
  • To perform contract management including but not limited to security guards, cleansing, car park and catering services
  • To assist in the implementation and supervision of the Upgrading Projects at the venues
  • To attend site walks at the construction site of the venues during inspection and handover period, and to follow up improvement works with working agents to facilitate the operational need
  • To assist in preparing procurement documents related to the facilities of the Venues
  • To enforce house rules and regulations as well as handle enquiries, requests and complaints on the building management matters
  • To assist in the compilation of relevant statistical data
  • To ensure smooth running of all functions held in the Venues
  • To attend emergency and ad-hoc duties
  • To work in the venues, including but not limited to New Territories East and North Venues as and when required
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers
